Production process:

The aluminium 6061 material undergoes heat treatment(530°c) → Forged after twenty minutes → Quenching with water,make aluminium harden → Surface treatment → Shot blasting →  Finish machining → Check → Oxidize → Assemble → Check → Test → Packing
